UX Strategy

Partnerships are key to creating the best products possible for your users. As a Strategist, I partner with many different people within the company from executives to engineers.
FACILITATE
Facilitating a room of participants in a moderated ideation session is a passion of mine. You get the best concepts / solutions from people when they feel their voice is heard. I have experience both in person and remote sessions.
COMMUNICATE
Without communication, your designs are dead in the water and you cannot build partnerships or facilitate successful ideation sessions. I drive results for the company and the user, so communication is one of my key pillars of focus.
UX Management
After the steps of UX Strategy are met, we move onto the UX Management layer. Here, the focus is Planning, Communication, and Management. I have experience managing multiple UX design teams focusing on multiple inflight projects at once.
