When you have hundreds of employees to schedule, you can't make any mistakes and it needs to be easy to digest. The legacy UKG Ready product was out of date, complicated and hard to navigate. We needed to take all current functionality, plus more enhancements, and create a brand new scheduling experience.

After combing through all the requirements with the Product Managers, we landed on a simple calendar view. However, this application is anything but simple, a manager can view their employees shifts, add new shifts, assign open shifts, split shifts, update the skills and cost centers associated with each shift, and so much more. With a brand new scheduling experience, UKG has had many more customers sign onto the Advanced Scheduler module.
